Haley’s Poem
As I drive down the road tonight
I have the sunset in my sight
All those different colors glowing
Remind me of your beauty showing
It shines like the sun at noon
Causing the flowers into bloom
Your radiant smile, and bright eyes
Light up the road like street lights
I have never seen anyone as beautiful
Who has talents that make her full
You are a well rounded girl
And I want to make you my world
As we come to our destination
I start talking for procrastination
I don’t want you to leave me tonight
Giving me butterflies that fly higher than a kite
There is one last thing I have to do
And that’s to say, that I love you
